Neva Liberatore Clark, 92, of Rochester, passed away on Monday, June 3, 2019 in Rochester Manor and Villa.

Born March 4, 1927 in Coraopolis, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Elvina (Spezialetti) Liberatore.  Neva enjoyed life and adored her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred R. Clark; three sisters, Agatha Paul, Josephine Clayton and Leah Hoffmeier; and two brothers, Arnold and Eugene Liberatore.

She is survived by her loving children, Ronald (Marion) Clark and Nancy (James) Wright; four grandchildren, Byron Clark, Meredith Clark, Erin Wright and Jaime (Daniel) Lepping; three great-grandchildren, McKinley Clark, Maci Lepping and Aven Lepping; and two brothers, Jack and Fred Liberatore.

Friends will be received on Thursday from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm in the Gabauer Funeral Home-1133 Penn Avenue New Brighton  The family asks that everyone meet on Friday at 10am at St. Cecelia’s Catholic Church- 632 Virginia Ave. Rochester, where a mass of Christian burial will be held.  Rev. Paul Kuppe, O.F.M. Cap. will officiate.

Interment will follow in St. Cecelia’s Cemetery.

The family requests that contributions be made in Neva’s name to ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.

Ron, I was so sorry to learn of your mother's passing. Her obituary was spot on: she was a woman who cherished her family, and it was evident to all. I hope that you and your family find some comfort in knowing that her spirit lives in the memories of many others, like me.
