Janet Rae (Seward) Inman, 79, of Daugherty Twp., passed away peacefully Tuesday, October 1, 2019, in her home surrounded by her family.
She was born on August 21, 1940, in New Castle, to the late Williston L. and Virginia E. (Kneram) Seward.
Janet loved her family and her home. She was a self-employed antique and doll collector and business owner. Her most recent business being Our Barn Shoppe. She was a former member of the First Baptist Church in Rochester, where she enjoyed being a Sunday school teacher for many years and was a member of the First Baptist Church in New Brighton.
Janet is survived by her husband of 43 years, Gerald Inman II; children, Rhonda (Eric Diebolt) Crouch, East Aurora N.Y., Ronald (Cindy Bush) Crouch, Daugherty Twp., Patrick (Linda) Gossard, Daugherty Twp. and Virginia (Gary) Guy, New Sewickley Twp.; grandchildren, Keith (Tiffany) Decker Jr., Katie Decker, Kristen (Joel) Scott, Casey Bush, Alicia Bush, Shannon (Dane) Lee, Chelsea Guy and Morgan Guy; five great-grandsons; brothers, Donald (Loretta) Seward and Gary (Kathy) Seward; sisters, Carol Piczko and Susan Wolfe and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Mark Carney.
Friends will be received on Saturday, October 5, 2019, 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church, 315 8th St., New Brighton. Pastor Mark Ours will officiate.
Flowers gratefully declined. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the First Baptist Church at the address above.
