William “Bill” Allen LeFebvre, 80, of Darlington, died Friday, January 13, 2017, in Beaver Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born February 7, 1936, in Industry, he was a son of the late Lawrence and Cecilia Merdian LeFebvre. He was an employee of Colt Industries, Hawthorne Golf Course and Reed’s Dairy, and enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, yard work and gardening.
He is survived by his long-time companion, Violet Horm; twin sister and brother-in-law, Betty (Bill) Griffith of Vanport, and sons and daughters-in-law, Timothy (Patricia) of Oberlin, Ohio, and Terry (Patricia) of Midland. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Phillip and Abigail, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Lawrence Jr., Daniel, Leo, Donald, Robert, Armand and Eugene LeFebvre, and sisters, Josephine Brooks, Mary Margaret Anderson, Cecelia Jones and Agnes Woodyard.
Friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. for a memorial in the GABAUER-LUTTON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 117 Blackhawk Road, Chippewa Twp., gabauer familyfuneralhomes.com.
