Leatch was born October 9, 1961, in Rochester, PA, a son of the late Leatch and Joyce A. (Love) Booker, Jr. He graduated from Rochester Area High School and attended Penn State, Beaver Campus.  As a teenager, Leatch worked with his brothers at Booker’s Hauling Service, Suttons Car Wash, Rome Monuments, and Taylor Milk Company. Leatch had his own business called AAA Hauling that he owned and operated. He later went on to receive his constable license, proudly serving local judges throughout Beaver County. Leatch showed dedication to our community by working as constable at the voting poles in his district. Leatch also shared his love of human services by volunteering at his sister’s family business, Booker’s Family Daycare.

Leatch was preceded in death by his father, Leatch Booker Jr.; his mother, Joyce A. (Love) Booker.

Leatch is survived by his loving daughter, Jennifer Jackson; one granddaughter, Ty’Laya Goosby; three brothers, two sisters-in-law, Donn and Wilhelmina Booker, Winchester, VA; Vaughn and Antoinette Booker, Romansville, PA; Larry Booker, Rochester, PA; and one sister, Lisa Booker, Rochester, PA; twelve nieces and nephews, Tamia Booker, Vaughn Booker Jr., Dawnese Booker, Donn Booker Jr., Jonathan Booker, Taeryn Booker, Myrina Booker, Valin Booker, Sabrina Booker, Dorian Cooling, Derek Cooling, and Zamara Booker; three step nieces and nephew, Karima, Joseph and Terell; aunts and uncles, Corriella “Betty” and Preston Wicker, Betty Johnson, Philip and Maude Chatman, Jerome Chatman, Emma Jean “Pepe” Chatman; cousins, Preston “Keith” Whicker, Pete Barnett, Sandra Johnson, Linda Johnson, Ricky Johnson, Malcolm Bell Jr., Eric Bell, Angie Bell, Ray and Yvonne Rice, Jovita Rice, TyJuan Rice, Antione Rice, Derrick Reynolds, Terry Reynolds, Arvella Reynolds, and his special friends whom “he loved” dearly, like family.

Friends will be received Thursday, January 19, 2017, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.  in the GABAUER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1133 Penn Ave., New Brighton, gabauerfamilyfuneralhomes.com. His funeral service will be at 11 a.m.  on Friday, January 20, 2017, at the Holy Spirit Fellowship Church, 1100 6th St., New Brighton, PA 15066. Interment will follow in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
