Obituary

Alphonso Ellis Fisher, 68, of Ambridge, passed away on March 19, 2026 peacefully in his home.

He was born on January 24, 1958, in North Carolina to the late William Fisher and Mattie (Koonce) Fisher.

Alphonso was a hardworking and dedicated man who took great pride in his work as a houseman at various casinos over the years. He was known for his reliability, kind spirit, and the connections he made with those around him.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his mother, Alphonso is survived by his children, his siblings, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his daughter.

In accordance with Alphonso’s wishes, there will be no services and cremation will take place.
