Obituary

Anthony R. Morrell, 45, of Baden, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2025, at Heritage Valley Health System, Sewickley Campus.

Born on May 28, 1980, in Beaver, he was the son of Richard (Carol) Morrell and Linda (Micucci) Swartzwelder.

Anthony had worked as a bar manager for many years and was a member of the New Brighton Eagle’s Club as well as the New Brighton Sons of the American Legion.  He was currently working towards being a tattoo artist.  In his free time, he enjoyed gardening in his backyard, riding mini bikes, stickering his cars, and spending time with his children.

In addition to his parents and stepparents, he is survived by his loving wife of 5 years, Deborah “Debbie” (Goughnour) Morrell; his children, Richard Morrell, Mackenzie Morrell, Anthony Thanos Morrell, and Cruz Thor Morrell; stepchildren, Ariel Goughnour and Trinity Goughnour; a sister, Suzanne Morrell; numerous extended family members, and friends.

A Celebration of Anthony’s life will be held on Saturday, September 13^th from 3-5PM at the New Brighton Eagle’s Club, 900 8^th Ave., New Brighton, PA 15066.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family, C/O Gabauer Family Funeral Homes, 117 Blackhawk Road, Beaver Falls, PA 15010.
