Benjamin Y. Hostetler, 75, of Enon Valley, passed away on Monday, October 24, 2022 in the comfort of his home.

Born on June 18, 1947, in Enon Valley, he was the son of the late Joseph and Mattie (Yoder) Hostetler.

Ben was a Union Carpenter for the majority of his professional life.  He was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian Church, Darlington and was very active in the Lions Club.  In his free time, Ben enjoyed camping and riding his motorcycle.

He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Beverly (Klaus) Hostetler; his children, Adam (Kiera) Hostetler, Rachel (Michael) Wartman, Amy (Russell) May, Timothy (Candy) Hostetler; a stepdaughter-in-law, Jessica; 15 grandchildren, Mikal, Jace, Haleigh, Christopher, Benjamin, Athena, Chloe, MaKayla, Devon, Carson, Layne, Myles, Kyle, Lincoln, Lilia, Blake, and Will; one great-grandson, Kade; his brother, Eli; sister, Lydia; his lifetime friend and mother of his children, Lisa (Rick Moon) Hostetler; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-son, Bill; and his siblings, John, Rufus, David, Menno, and Nancy.

In accordance with Ben's wishes, he will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held in the coming weeks.
