Obituary

Carmel Marie McCreary, 93 of Baden, homemaker and active member of Baden Methodist Church, died Saturday, January 30, 2016. She was the daughter of the late Pasko and Josephine Zupanovich. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert D. McCreary, Sr.; sister, Julia Cindric, and brother, John Zupanovich. Surviving are her son and his wife, Robert and Dee McCreary, Annapolis, Maryland; her daughter and her husband, Rebecca and Kenneth Schou, Piney Point, Maryland; five grandchildren, Kendall Corbett, Patrick McCreary, Amanda Wilson, Robert Schou and Emily Repenning; and six great-grandchildren, Mackenzie, David and Carter Corbett, Gunnar and Easton McCreary, and Sawyer Schou. Friends will be received Thursday from 2 p.m. until time of service at 3 p.m. at GABAUER-MATTER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1133 Church St., Ambridge,www.gabauermatterfuneralhome.com. Rev. David Vaughn will officiate. Donations may be made to Baden Methodist Church and Villa St. Joseph in memory of Carmel.
