Carol Colwell, 72 of Rochester passed away Monday March 21 in Heritage Valley Beaver. She was born February 16, 1950 in Rochester and was the daughter of the late Paul and Phyllis Moehrle. Carol had been a dispatcher for the Beaver Police Department. She loved her cats Twinkie, Roxie, Boo, Tina, Sugar, Stella and Tubbers and was an avid Steeler fan. Carol enjoyed yard sales, gardening and spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband Robert Colwell, and will be sorely missed by her daughter Rhonda Shelski, brothers Jake (Karen) Moehrle and John "Jake" (Cindy) Moehrle, sisters Cindy (Robert) Lucci, Cathy (Mike) Casto, son-in-law Mike Bailey, dear friends Eric Grant and Gordon Milligan and a number of nieces and nephews. The Todd Funeral Home, 340 Third Street, Beaver has been entrusted with the professional arrangements. There will be no services at this time.
