Obituary

Cecelia A. “Seal” Colbert, 71, of Daugherty Twp. died Friday, February 11, 2022 in her residence.

Born on November 25, 1950 in Rochester, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Vera (Sounders) Mineard. She was a member of Life Family Church in New Brighton.

She is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Frank A. Colbert; her children, Rebecca (Dave) Haberman, Jennifer Lynn Colbert, James A. Colbert, and Cassandra (Patrick) Darroch; 13 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert, George, and James Mineard; and two sisters, Bonnie Jean Smith and Lynn Knopsnider.

Friends will be received on Monday from 2pm until time of service at 5pm in the Gabauer Funeral Home 1133 Penn Ave New Brighton, Pa 15066 www.gabauerfamilyfuneralhomes.com. Pastor Sam DeMarco will officiate.
