Obituary

Charles “Chuck” Hinton, 70, of Lake Tomahawk, Negley, Ohio, died Tuesday, November 1, 2016, in Heritage Valley Beaver.Born May 1, 1946, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Joseph W. Hinton and the late Madelyn Rita (Capp) Hinton. Chuck’s first job was at St. Joe Lead. He then went on to own TCB Express, Jeracosa, Inc., and Hinton’s Ark. Chuck enjoyed cars and attending car cruises. He was the current Director of Transportation at Century Industries, and was a veteran of the Air National Guard during Vietnam.He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Rae Lynn (Hartshorn) Hinton; a son, Joseph W. Hinton; a daughter, Laurie M. (Jimmy) Antunez; four grandchildren, Darien James Hinton, Malia Lenae Hinton, Jessica Marie Antunez and Adam Charles Antunez; two great-grandchildren; a brother, James (Rita) Hinton; a sister, Lorelei (Jon) Koch; a sister-in-law, Kathleen (James) Cole; nine nieces and nephews, James A. Hinton, Lisa E. Callaghan, Kacey L. Smith, Jon M. Koch, Justin Koch, Sarah D. Cole, Coty Jo Cole, Jesse Cole and Erin R. Cole; numerous great-nieces and nephews, and five fur babies, Cheyenne, Wilson, Bella, Shiloh and Lacey J.In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a nephew, Ray Christopher Condo.Friends will be received on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the GABAUER-LUTTON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1117 Fifth Ave., Beaver Falls, www.gabauerluttonfuneralhome.com, where services will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. Rev. Lee Bittner will officiate.Members of the Beaver County Honor Guard will meet at the funeral home on Saturday at 9:45 a.m. to conduct full military honors.Interment will be private.
