Charles L. Smith, 70, of South Beaver Twp., died Saturday, December 17, 2016 in Good Samaritan Hospice. Born September 28, 1946 in Beaver Falls, he was the son of the late James H. and Pauline (Arthurs) Smith; husband of Carol (Snedeker)Smith.
