Cynthia "Cyndi" Chapman Young passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2023, in Heritage Valley-Beaver.

Born June 7, 1970, in Industry, PA, she was the daughter of the late Bill and Bette Chapman.  She graduated from Western Beaver High School and Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.  Gifted in the arts, Cyndi was an incredibly talented seamstress.

If you knew Cyndi, you'll remember the depths of her generosity, incredible sense of humor, and kind heart.  She would do anything to help those around her.  She especially loved her three grandchildren and was the best Luvie to them.  They were her whole heart.

Cyndi always put her family first, whether spoiling her grandbabies or running the family business, Young's Jewelry & Coins in Rochester, PA. She enjoyed taking trips to Las Vegas with her brother-in-law, Timmy, and family vacations in the Bahamas.  Cyndi, her sister Candice, and her cousin Susie shared a special bond together.  Her giggle was as mischievous as it was contagious.

Surviving is her husband, Jeffrey; her daughter, Shelby; her favorite sister, Candice (Chapman) Hozza; and her brothers-in-law, Timothy Young and Timothy Hozza.  She was a loving aunt to Carlie and Phoenix Hozza and Michelle and Ryan Young, and a doting grandmother to Ky'zier, Khalil, Sarai, Morgan, Nevaeh, and Lily.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Pauline, her father-in-law, Ted, and her brother-in-law, Ricky.

Friends will be received on Monday, November 20 ^th from 2-4pm and 6-8pm in the GABAUER-LUTTON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC- 117 Blackhawk Rd., Chippewa Twp.- www.gabauerfamilyfunerahomes.com , where prayers will be held on Tuesday, November 21 ^st at 9:30am, followed by as mass of Christian burial at 10am at St. Monica's Roman Catholic Church of St. Augustine Parish- 116 Thorndale Dr., Beaver Falls PA 15010. Fr. John Naugle will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that contributions be made in Cyndi's name to either the Make a Wish Foundation or UPMC Children's Hospital.
