Debra L. Stewart, 69, of Chippewa Township, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at her home.

Born on September 13, 1957, in Beaver Falls, she was the daughter of the late Merle “Herky” and Mary Ann (Miller) Young.

Debra spent her professional life as a Teacher’s Aide at New Horizon School. She proudly hosted family gatherings and loved nothing more than being a devoted grandmother. Her family will remember her for her baking, cross stitching, arts and crafts, and trips to the beach.

She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Thomas E. Stewart; children, Thomas L. Stewart, Daniel (Dr. Beth Healy) Stewart, and Joshua (Meghan) Stewart; grandchildren, Elijah, Colin, and Daisy; her sister, Diana Morris; her brother, Joseph (May) Young; mother-in-law, Joann Stewart; brothers-in-law, Mark (Pat Mittica) Stewart and Mike (Stacey) Stewart; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her father-in-law, LeRoy “Skip” Stewart and a brother-in-law, Jeff Stewart.

In accordance with Debra’s wishes, services were private and her wishes for cremation were honored.
