Obituary

Donna Marie LaNeve, 78, of New Galilee, formerly of Beaver, passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2022.

Born on February 5, 1944, in Beaver Falls, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Doris (Warner) LaNeve.

Donna was a graduate of Beaver Falls High School, Class of 1962 and had worked as a supervisor for Westinghouse/Eaton in Beaver.  She was a member of St. Monica Roman Catholic Church, where she was a faithful member of the choir and VSP Group.  She was also a member of the Beaver Valley Choral Society, as well as treasurer of the Beaver Valley Baldwin Organ Society.  Donna loved spending time with her friends, going out to eat, dances, and group activities.

In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her brother, David LaNeve.

Donna is survived by a host of friends.

Friends will be received on Thursday from 10:30-11:30AM at the GABAUER-LUTTON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., Chippewa Twp., 117 Blackhawk Road, Beaver Falls.

Prayers will be offered in the funeral home at 11:30AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12 Noon at St. Monica Roman Catholic Church.

Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Donna’s name may be made to the Knights of Columbus, or St. Monica Academy.

    I worked with Donna at Eaton and she was one of the kindest people I knew. I have no doubt she flew to heaven on angels wings. May your many treasured memories bring you comfort in the days ahead. You have my deepest sympathies.
