Edward J. "Ed" Durbin, 44, of Hopewell Township, died Wednesday, December 6, 2023, in his residence.

Born June 23, 1979, in Sewickley, he was the son of Edward and Sandra (Maruca) Durbin.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his aunts and uncles, Bonnie Finch, Peggy Durbin and Bucky Betters, Ron Durbin, and Becci Norton; his cousins, Christina and Dan Weber and Michelle Winters; and a special friend, Dawn Dickey.

There will be no public services.

The family would like to give special thanks to the friends from Butch's Wood Shop, the New Bethlehem Church Family Pastor Randall Clow, and everyone else who was there to support Ed.

The family requests that contributions be made in Ed's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, or the New Bethlehem Presbyterian Church, 183 New Bethlehem Church Road, Aliquippa, PA 15001.
