Obituary

Edward J. Wojdylak Jr., 65, of Chippewa Twp., died Thursday, June 1, 2017, in Gainesville, Va. Born November 16, 1951, in Philadelphia, the son of the late Edward J. and Angela Wojdylak Sr. He was the casting supervisor at Koppel Steel and a member at St. Monica Parish. Surviving are his loving wife of 29 years, Janis A. (Suskiewich) Wojdylak; four daughters, Sarah, Alishia and fianc??, Ken Katekovich, Ashley, and Ahnya Wojdylak; and three grandchildren, Isaac, Eli, and one on the way. Friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the GABAUER-LUTTON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 117 Blackhawk Road, Chippewa Twp., gabauerfamilyfuneralhomes.com, where prayers will be held Thursday at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. in St. Monica Parish, 116 Thorndale Drive, Chippewa Twp. Father Kim Schreck will officiate. A rosary will be recited on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
