Obituary

The Lord has another Angel today…  Edward L. “Uncle Bud” Glass, 95 of Beaver Falls, passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 with his loving family by his side.  Born on December 17, 1925 in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Charles and Mae Glass.  Mr. Glass proudly served in the United States Navy during WWII, as well as the Korean Conflict.  Following his discharge, Ed worked for Westinghouse Electric Corporation for many years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife and love of his life, Patricia (Watson) Glass; a brother, Charles; and a sister, Violet.

He is survived by his loving nephew and niece, Dennis and Terry Freed; niece, Terrah Mannerino; as well as many other nieces, nephews, and friends.  He will be missed by all who knew him. 

In accordance with Ed’s wishes, no services are planned and private interment will be in Grandview Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made in Ed’s name to the Beaver County Humane Society, 3394 Broadhead Road, Aliquippa, PA 15001.

The family would like to thank the staff of Providence Care Center for the compassionate care given to Edward.
