Oakmont, formerly of Beaver

Elda Lamia, 103, of Oakmont passed away Thursday February 27 in her home. She was born November 28, 1916 in Beaver Falls and was the daughter of the late Frederick and Madeline Pessina. She was a retired accountant for Armstrong Industries formerly in Beaver Falls and had served as a WAVE in the Navy during WWII. Surviving her are her husband Anthony, a son Santo, East Palestine, OH, daughters, Diane, NJ and Jenny, CT, and a sister Theresa Rodgers, Beaver Falls. There will be no visitation or service at this time and burial will be in the Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
