Elizabeth ‘Betsy’ Conner Sullivan, 74, of Beaver passed away unexpectedly Thursday, January 15 in her home. She was born July 31, 1940 in Rochester and was the daughter of the late Richard D. and Elizabeth Eaton Conner. She was also preceded in death by her husband Daniel Sullivan, an infant brother Thomas Michael Conner, a sister Nancy R. Conner and brother-in-law Bruce Logan.

Betsy was a 1958 graduate of Beaver High School where she was a cheerleader. She had lived most of her adult life in southern California where she was a homemaker and with her husband Dan raised 3 wonderful children. She played lots of tennis and enjoyed many friendships in her community. She was drawn back to Beaver to be with her siblings and to live in her hometown. She was a wonderful grandmother to her 8 grandchildren and will be greatly missed by her family and many friends, especially Don and Jean Gressley, all of whom will be comforted by their memories and the impact she had in each of their lives.

She is survived by her 3 children, James (Maria) Sullivan, Burnsville, Minn., Beth (Rod) Shackelford, Murrieta, CA and Steve (Arlan) Sullivan, Bloomington, Minn, 8 grandchildren, Ryan, Reid, Aaron, Andrew, Mariah, Andrew, Megan and Rachael, 4 brothers, Jim Conner, Dick (Susie) Conner and Bill Conner, all of Beaver and Bob (Denise) Conner, Applevalley, Minn., a sister, Peggy Logan, Beaver and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Friends will be received Tuesday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 in the Todd Funeral Home, 340 Third Street, Beaver where a Celebration of Life will be Wednesday at 11 AM.
