Obituary

Elizabeth Louise “Betty” Felger, 74, of Rochester, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 3^rd, 2023, at Heritage Valley-Beaver hospital.

Born October 17^th, 1948, in Cleveland, OH, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Marie (Wendzicki) Adams.  Betty was very artistic growing up and enjoyed playing softball and singing in the church choir.  Betty was an avid sports fan who loved Cleveland professional sports and more importantly, any team one of her grandchildren or great grandchildren played on.  She loved to celebrate the successes of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and spoil them every chance she got.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death (widowed) by two husbands, Bradley Felger (March 28^th, 2023), David Lee Quinn (1974), her son David William Quinn, and her granddaughter Amber Quinn.

Betty was a devoted wife who married her late husband, Bradley Felger, August 5^th, 1981.  The two had a special love and shared a tremendous sense of humor together.  Together they were long-term residents of Rochester PA, and parents to their son Brett.

She is survived by her two sisters, Mary Adams and Nikki (Lee) Sluss; children, Philip (Jessica) Quinn, Douglas (Kathleen) Quinn, John Quinn, Pamela Quinn, Brandon (Beth) Felger, and Brett (Chelsey) Felger; her grandchildren, Hayden, John, Dayinera, Ivanna, Ariel, Aaron, Eric (Nicole), Zachary, Brooklyn, Tyler, Carter, Julia, Matthew, Allison, Zoe, Nicholas and Samuel; her step-grandchildren, Cooper and Logan; and her 3 great-grandchildren.

In accordance with her wishes, she was cremated, and a celebration of Betty’s life will take place at a later date.
