Obituary

Florine (DeMaria) McQuade, 85, of Beaver Falls, passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2016, at Heritage Valley Beaver. Born February 27, 1931, in Beaver Falls, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Terese DeMaria. Florine was a pharmacist, leaving this area to reside most of her life in Ridgewood, New Jersey. She worked as a pharmacist until she was 75, even owning and operating her own store with her husband for a period of time. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Patrick McQuade; three sisters, Florence McQuade, Emma Molinaro and husband Tony, Rose Ruffolo and husband Frank; two brothers, Earl DeMaria and wife Dell, and Angelo DeMaria; sister-in-law, Marie DeMaria; niece, Diane DeMaria, and nephew, James DeMaria. Florine is survived by her brother, John DeMaria, sister-in-law, Helen DeMaria, 9 nieces and nephews and their spouses; 18 great nieces and nephews and their spouses; 10 great-great nieces and nephews; and several very special people she kept in close contact with over the years. She leaves a legacy of wonderful, funny, quirky, and heartwarming memories. A blessing service will be held Saturday at 1pm at the GABAUER-LUTTON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 117 Blackhawk Road, Chippewa Twp.,www.gabauerluttonfuneralhome.com. Florine will be laid to rest at St. Mary’s Cemetery with her husband.
