I’m shocked beyond belief that Frank left this earth nearly 5 weeks ago…..I’ve been out of the loop. Frank was an integral part of the USS ALBANY CG-10 during his time on board and most of the 1250 man crew would see him nightly when out to sea on the Albany’s closed circuit TV station, WCG-10 nightly news!!
I was fortunate to have visited and talked to Frank at great length at one of the dinners at the USS ALBANY reunion in Canton, OH, this past October(2024).
I am so glad we were able to visit, my sincere condolences to his wonderful Mother, son and other family members.
