Obituary

Geanine (Mangelli) Osso, 58, of Beaver Falls, passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.

Born on April 13, 1962, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Joan “Tootsie” Mangelli. Geanine was a graduate of the St. Francis School of Nursing in New Castle, PA, where she went on to be an RN for over 30 years. She loved making people laugh, reading, and driving her Cadillac and Harley Davidson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her aunt, Dolores Dydynski; and an uncle, Archie Belmont.

Geanine will be missed by many including her son, Gino Edward Osso; brother, Edward (Connie) Mangelli; nieces, Juli (John) Brown, Joanna (Shawn Credeur) Mangelli; great nephew, Paul Albert Credeur; lifelong friend, Christine Parisi, and several other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Family and friends will be received Sunday, January 3, 2021 from 2pm-8pm in the Gabauer Funeral Home-1133 Penn Ave. New Brighton – www.gabauerfamilyfuneralhomes.com. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday at 10:00 am at St. Monica’s Roman Catholic Church- 116 Thorndale Dr., Beaver Falls PA 15010.  Fr. Frank Mitolo will officiate. In accordance with CDC guidelines, masks must be worn at all times in the funeral home and church.

Private inurnment will be in St. Mary’s cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation be made to Gino Osso in care of the funeral home.
