George J. Chakey, III, 64, of Beaver Falls, passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Born on January 11, 1958, in Bellevue, PA, he was the son of the late George J., Jr. and Betty J. (Pollock) Chakey.

George was self-employed and had owned and operated South Beaver Garage.  He enjoyed spending time at his camp in Marienville and riding his Harley.  He was very proud of his business and had a love for his dogs and cats.

He is survived by his sister, Georgia (Mark) Sommer; his niece and nephew, Joshua and Tawny Bettoni; and his special friend, Brandy Conner and her family, Kathy, Matt, Nick, and Kristen; and many friends.

Friends will be received on Thursday, January 12 ^th from 4-8PM in the GABAUER-LUTTON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., Chippewa Twp., 117 Blackhawk Road, Beaver Falls, PA.

George's wishes for cremation will be honored following his visitation.
