Glenn W. Kraynie Sr.

Bridgewater

 

Glenn W. Kraynie, Sr., 88 of Bridgewater passed away in Good Samaritan Hospice Brighton Township Saturday September 10. He was born July 20,1934 in Beaver Falls and was the son of the late Frank and Eva Weigle Kraynie. Glenn was a retired glazer for S.W. Aluminum and Glass, a member of the Mt. Olive Lutheran Church, Chippewa, a member of the Glazers Local #751 Pittsburgh, a retired member of the Bridgewater Volunteer Fire Department and former member of Bridgewater Council. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Lisabeth and siblings Irene Cunningham, Goldie Sykes, Melvin Kraynie, Dolores Downy and Edward Kraynie. Surviving him are his children Linda Jo (Francis) DiSalle, Upper St. Clair, Glenn W. (Marian Susie) Kraynie, Jr., Mt. Gilead, SC, Barbara Ann Kraynie, Bridgewater David Frank (Cynthia) Kraynie, Chadds Ford, PA, and sister Evelyn (Larry) Bundy, Big Beaver, 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and long time friends Dennis (Kathy) Pittser . Friends will be received Thursday from  2 to 4 and 6 to 8 in the Todd Funeral Home, 340 Third Street, Beaver and a funeral service will be conducted Friday at 11 AM in Beaver Cemetery by Rev. Paul Cwynar. Interment will follow in Beaver Cemetery.
