Obituary
Glenn Russell Dillinger, 67, of Beaver Falls, Pa. passed away peacefully at home on October 2, 2023. He was born September 9, 1956 in Beaver Falls to the late Katherine and Russell Dillinger. He went to Beaver Falls High School and was the third person in Beaver County to receive a General Education Diploma.
Glenn married Mary “Susie” Ferguson on March 4, 1975, they had been married 48 years.
Glenn was a diligent and industrious worker, an Army veteran recently retired from American Eagle Steel where he worked as Foreman. He spent many years in the tree care services and fiber optic cable industries.
He loved spending time with his family, especially watching his grandchildren and their sporting events. Glenn loved to hunt, fish, and share his vast knowledge of plants with others. One of his favorite hobbies was playing the guitar. Most of all he loved his family and his wife.
Glenn was preceded in death by his parents Katherine and Russell Dillinger, and is survived by his wife Mary “Susie” Dillinger, son Glenn Dillinger Jr. (Cassie), daughters Samantha Boyles (Jay) and Elizabeth Dillinger, grandchildren, Lucy, Ethan, Lydia, Dylan, Leeam and Evelyn, siblings Beverly (Ted) Kordecki, Gloria (David) Tortorano, Lyndia (Scott) Roeder, Denise (Ed) Conley, and Jeff (Debbie) Perciavalle, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Celebration of Glenn’s life on Thursday, October 5th from 4PM until the time of services at 6PM at St. John-Wayman A.M.E. Church, 715 Mulberry Street, Bridgewater, PA, 15009.
The GABAUER-TODD FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES (Branch) was honored to provide care and guidance to Glenn’s family during this time.
