Gloria Marie Broerman, 91, of Economy, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at North Hills Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation.

Born on December 6, 1931, in Sewickley, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Carmazini (Ronco) Losco.

Gloria worked at Kmart, then after retiring from there, went on to work at the Ambridge Area School District cafeteria for 15 years. She enjoyed spending precious moments with her family, singing, playing the piano, and ballroom dancing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul H. Broerman; a son, Gary Broerman; siblings, Edward, Clarence, and Leo Losco, Edith Shaffer, Alberta "Toots" Dornack, and Shirley Shaffer.  She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Gloria is survived by her daughter, Tammy (David) Merriman; grandson, Brennen (Alyssa Griffey) Merriman; niece and nephews, Debbie (Donald) Kaczmarczyk, Joseph (Karen) Losco, Randy (Sue) Shaffer; her loving companion, John Vogel; and many friends.

In accordance with Gloria's wishes, all services will be private.

Interment will be in Rehoboth Cemetery, Economy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Gloria's name may be made to Monarch Hospice-2837 Leechburg Rd, New Kensington, PA 15068.
