Obituary

Helen Lucille Schaub, 93, of Beaver, passed away on Monday, December 29, 2025 at Providence Care Center in Beaver Falls.
Born in Pittsburgh on August 11, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Blaine and Mary (Herrington) Rush.
Helen was a resident of Beaver, PA since 1979. She was a very active and devoted member of the First Christian Church in Beaver. Helen married Clifford Schaub in 1953.
They were on the mission field in Africa and Canada. They were also a part of ministries in Indiana, Florida, and Pennsylvania (Beaver). Helen was a child caregiver for numerous children throughout the years.
In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her beloved husband who she was married to since 1953, Clifford Schaub; her sons, Mark Schaub and Tim Schaub; her infant son, David Schaub; her daughter, Cheryl Kaercher; and her grandson, David Schaub. Helen is survived by one sister, Joy (Tom) Hughes, three of her children, Phillip (Lori) Schaub, Michael Schaub, and Susan (Bob) Mayle; daughter-in-law, Veronica Schaub; eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
All services for Helen were private, a memorial service will be announced by the family at a later date. The GABAUER-TODD FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES,
Inc., 340 Third Street Beaver, PA 15009, was honored to care for Helen and her family during this most difficult time.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the 3 rd floor MIU staff at Providence Care Center over the last few years.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the missions' fund at 1st Christian Church in Beaver, 370 Iroquois Place.
