Howard "Eric" Roebuck, 64, of Conway, PA, passed away unexpectedly on March 8, 2023.
Born on February 27, 1959, he was the son of the late Frank (Beverly) Roebuck and the late Sara "Sally" (Bott) (Roebuck) Gordon.
Eric was a proud Veteran of the United States Army, having 15 years of service. He was currently employed as an electrician with Norfolk Southern Railway. Eric loved his music, talking about all the shows he had seen and the places he'd been. He was always willing to help in any way he could. He was a very generous and loving Dad, Grandpa, Brother, Uncle, and beloved friend. Eric was the glue that held us together. He loved talking on the phone with family and keeping them close.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Jean (Stevenson) Roebuck; his daughters, Erica (Jason) Roebuck, and Micaela Roebuck; grandchildren, Airiss, Natalie; his long-time friend, Ena Barnes, her daughter, Krystle, and her granddaughter, Madison; his siblings, John (Lisa) Roebuck, Marianne (Dave) Reeves, Sally (Ron) Eichler, Ted (Betty) "Carol" Roebuck, Mia (Dale) Neyman, Billy Jean (Ed) Roebuck, Dale Cook; sisters-in-law, Patty Roebuck, Elaine Flemming, Stephanie Kurch, Kathy Roebuck, Peggy Cordes, and Dotty Cook; he loved his nieces to pieces and his nephews like sons, he had 24 nieces and nephews, 36 great nieces and nephews, and 3 great-great nieces and nephews. He had numerous cousins, and many close friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Chuck Roebuck, David Roebuck, Bruce Cook, and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Eric's life will be held on Wednesday, April 12th at 6PM at the United Croatian Club, 820 3rd Ave., New Brighton, PA 15066.
