James J. Loll, affectionately known as Jim Loll to those who knew and loved him, passed away peacefully on December 17, 2025. Born to loving parents, Charles J. Loll and Beverly Howard Loll, Jim Grew up in Vanport, Pennsylvania with many lovely memories and deep friendships. Graduating from Beaver Area High School in 1975, Jim went on to graduate from Allegheny College in 1979 and received his Juris Doctorate from University of Pittsburgh in 1982. A critical thinker, Jim wisely counselled his clients with compassion, empathy, and legal knowledge for 43 years. Jim's clients were like family.

After a brief courtship, Jim married Lisa Caliguiri in March of 1983. Together, Jim and Lisa went on to raise two beloved children: Jhon Loll of Buffalo, New York and Diana M. Loll of Beaver, Pennsylvania. 2016 brought the arrival of an endearing grandchild, Leonardo Loll of Buffalo, New York.

Jim loved traveling, especially to Italy, the British Isles and Eastern European countries. In addition, Jim loved historical sites and quite beaches.

As per Jim's wishes, a private viewing was held on Friday, December 19, 2025, with loving family and close friends. Following a tradition started at Jim's office Christmas parties (often loud and boisterous), shots of Slivovitz were served.

In Jim's honor, contributions can be made to the Vanport Township Fire Department at 435 Jefferson Street, Beaver, PA 15009.
