Janet Lombardi Concelman, 80, of Chippewa Township, passed away Friday, April 22, 2016, in Good Samaritan Hospice.Born September 15, 1935, in Beaver Falls, she was the daughter of the late Charles Louis and Vera Franklin (Neidergal) Richards. She was an active member of Mt. Olive Lutheran Church in Chippewa Twp. Janet loved to cook and travel. Her greatest love was her family.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Lombardi, on November 25, 1989, and her brother-in-law, William Fosnot.She is survived by her son, Anthony L. (Cheryl) Lombardi, Portsmouth, VA; her daughter, Pamela L. (Donald) Stanton, Enon Valley; her brother, Charles R. (Ed Ustilla) Richards, Lancaster, PA; her sister, Susan Fosnot, Beaver Falls; three grandchildren, Dawn Marie (Carl) Warren, Stacy (Jake) Pollard, and Julie Lombardi; her niece, Kimberly (Tim) Kennedy, and her nephew, Scott (Tabitha) Fosnot.Friends will be received on Tuesday from 1 p.m. until the time of service at 4 p.m. in the GABAUER-LUTTON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 117 Blackhawk Road, Chippewa Twp.,www.gabauerluttonfuneralhome.com.
