Obituary

Janet Louise Krawchyk, 90, of Columbiana, OH, passed away on Monday, June 30, 2025 at Masternick Memorial in New Middletown.

Born in Beaver Falls on April 3, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Hiram Donald and Agnes Jane (Douglas) Weaver.

A homemaker, she enjoyed family gatherings, camping, traveling, and never skipped ice cream.

In addition to her parents, Janet is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Frank Krawchyk ; and brother, Clifford Weaver.

Janet is survived by her children, Frank (Patricia Jones) Krawchyk Jr., Julie Ann (Leonard Rohde) McClain, and Linda (Robert) Dewell; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Richard (Leona) Weaver, and several nieces and nephews.

All services for Janet were private.

Janet will be greatly missed; her family would like to thank the staff at both Masternick Memorial and Akeso Hospice.
