Obituary

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved brother and uncle, Jeffrey David Frazzini. We are devastated by this loss and completely heartbroken.

Jeff, affectionately known as “Tut,” passed away unexpectedly on September 22, 2023. Born on December 18, 1962, in Beaver Falls, PA, to his loving parents Paul and Maxine Frazzini, Jeff immediately filled the lives of those around him with joy, laughter, and love. Jeff graduated from Blackhawk High School in 1981 and went on to pursue an associate degree at the Community College of Beaver County. He moved to Florida where he began his career in the Tech industry as a specialized equipment technician. He eventually settled in northern Virginia to be closer to family and most recently worked at Idemia.

Jeff was a loving uncle to Paul Joseph Frazzini, Megan Boyle, Nicole Frazzini, and Sarah Boyle and he adored his family. Jeff was passionate about his Pittsburgh Steelers, playing guitar, music, and golf. He was also an avid collector of guitars, watches, and coins and he loved tinkering with his hands creating objects on his 3D printer, making circuit board projects, and keeping his beloved El Camino running. His presence is sorely missed, and his loss is deeply felt.

Jeff is predeceased by his mother and father and survived by his loving siblings, Paul Michael Frazzini and Barbara Boyle, along with his sister-in-law, Maria Frazzini, brother-in-law, Dan Boyle, and many dear cousins, friends and colleagues.

Family and friends are welcome to Jeff’s Visitation on Friday, October 6th from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Gabauer-Lutton Funeral Home at 117 Blackhawk Road, Chippewa Twp.  A blessing service will also be held there on Saturday, October 7th, at 10 a.m. with interment immediately following at St. Mary’s Cemetery.

    My man Tut
    Wow what a great person
    They got no better
Tut and I played a lot of golf together for several years in Florida
Then we would grab some food and go watch the Steelers
He was someone you could always count on
BTW Tut ate his Thai food with 5 Stars of heat
I tried it once and was in pain
You will be missed my friend

Jeff Frazzini; to those who knew you and loved you this is very hard knowing we will not get to see you again until Heaven. I know you are embracing your mom and Dad and feeling safe and secure once more .
Life sure isn’t easy and if it wasn’t for friends like you ; it sure the hell would’ve been harder for a whole heck of a lot of us. Your kindness and caring for your friends and family were immeasurable , except to those of us who saw the wonderful person that you were.
I was blessed to have talked to you the weekend previous and it was always good to talk about just how far we’ve come in life. One of the best things was ; I told you thanks for being such a good friend and that I loved you.
In a time when so much can go wrong so very fast and you lose people who have been in our lives for so long ; to not tell people who you care about and hold in such high esteem; is almost a crime of decency for the word friendship .
There were a select few who may have heard Tutter and I call each other Ghandi . The story began after Tut was working a Ton of overtime and finally had a chance to relax.
It was a Sunday and HowRd Crozier, Carl Forsythe, Tutter and myself were channel suffering. Now to get 4 guys to agree on anything not sports related is a miracle . I convinced them to watch the movie Ghandi. Mathahtma was always one of my favorite heroes .
The movie is very long and drawn out but thru one of the scenes where each man would walk up and get cracked in the head with a club as a form of a peaceful protest , Tutter stood up and started yelling with the people in the movie “Ghandi” It was very uncharacteristic for him to do such a thing and we all began screaming it. After a bit we laughed and from that day on Tutter had. New nickname and it was Joe Ghandi !
I’m sure there are many other memories we have for those who will lead us into the gates of Heaven . But this is one of my favorites.
Gb your siblings and their children as you will be very missed my friend and brother. But when you are our guiding light to eternity , we will laugh again . Gb

I am so sorry to hear the passing of my friend Jeffrey. We use to work together in West Palm Beach, FL. He was our technician. Jeffrey was like our little brother. He was so sweet and kind. It was a pleasure knowing him. Everyone loved him. He came to mind and I decided to google his name hoping to find a phone number to say hello, instead I find his obituary. My condolences and prayers to the family.
