  5. First of all I would like to extend my deepest condolences on the passing of your wife, mother and grandmother. You do not know me but Mary and Joanne were next door neighbors of my grandparents Frank and Matilda Dallas on 6th avenue. My parents Nancy and Frank Pavlinch lived with my grandparents until I was 2. Mary & Joanne took me for rides in my stroller and Mom remained friends after their parents moved to Morado. Mom would take my Grandmother to see Teresa. I remember writing Mom's Christmas cards for her and writing one to Platz . God Bless all of you as you get through this difficult time,
