Jeremy P. Danylo, 37, of Ellwood City, died Sunday, November 13, 2016 at Ellwood City Hospital.Born May 27, 1979, in Ellwood City, the son of the late Terry L. Danylo and Catherine (Welsh) Danylo.In addition to his mother, he is survived by two uncles, Tom Danylo, Koppel, and Peter Danylo, Altoona; an aunt, Deborah Mangelli, Chippewa; grandmother, Ann Welsh, Brighton Township; and numerous cousins.In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by a brother, Justin Danylo; and sister, Rachel Danylo.A memorial visitation will be held Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the GABAUER-MATTER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 3500 Third Ave., Koppel, www.gabauermatterfuneralhome.com.
