JoAnn Vogel, 73, of Ohioville, formerly of Beaver Falls, peacefully went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, February 9, 2024, at Heritage Valley – Beaver.

Born on March 5, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Victor and Ann (Ivicek) Borghi.

JoAnn had retired from Providence Care Center and was an active member of Four Mile Church.  She was a loving mother and grandmother who spread the same love to each and every community member she encountered.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, John J. Norek; and her second husband, James S. Vogel.

She is survived by her daughter, Michelle (Norek) Fox; stepson, James (Beth) Vogel Jr., granddaughter, Allison (Levi Heinzeroth) Fox; step-grandchildren, Gabriell, Caleb, and Rudy; a brother, Tom (Cathy) Borghi; nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, February 13 ^th from 6PM until the time of Blessing Service at 8PM.  Fr. Kim Schreck will serve as celebrant.

Interment will be private.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 2 ^nd at 11AM at Four Mile Church, 6078 Tuscarawas Rd., Beaver, PA 15009.
