Obituary

John Reeher, 83, of Beaver, passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at Allegheny General Hospital.

Born in Rochester on February 6,1942, he was the son of the late Clarence and Mary Reeher.

John was a proud veteran of the United States Army and had retired from the railroad as a conductor after working on the Pennsylvania, Conrail, and Norfolk Southern Railroads. He was a member of the Elks, VFW, Croation Club, and Beaver Falls Turners. He was the GOAT of Mopar, shot a mean game of pool, enjoyed watching the Steelers and riding his Harley Fatboy. 

John is survived by his wife of 15 years, Catherine E. (Gnas) Reeher; daughters, Daeneen (Tim) Powers and Jonna Fleming; his granddaughter, Tyler Fleming; and daughter-in-law, Debra Reeher.

In addition to his parents, John is preceded in death by his wife, Judy (Whippo) Reeher, his sons, Wylie and Kevin; and brothers Brad, Bob, and Don.

Friends will be received on Monday, June 2, 2025 from 11AM until the time of services 1PM in the GABAUER-TODD FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 340 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009.

Interment with full military honors will follow at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Rochester, PA.
