Joey, Janet and Melissa – My sister, Roberta, and I were both saddened to hear about your father’s death. We both have fond memories of your family and we remember how much our mom cared about each of you! Our families from out of state are coming in for the holidays on the days of your father’s services, and so we are going to be unable to come to the funeral home — but we want you each to know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. I hope you will each draw on the comfort that Jesus is willing to give you at this time.

Dear Janet and Melissa, I go past your house every 6 weeks when I go to Ellwood to get my hair trimmed. And of course, I think of you all when I see your house. I had really wanted to attend the funeral, but I have a lot of family here and I am doing 2 special numbers for church on Sunday with 2 different people who I think will want to practice. I would love to have the opportunity to talk to you ( I never got to talk to Joey much). I did get to see you (Janet) at the doctor’s office a couple times, but there was no time to talk. As Linda said above, you are in our thoughts and prayers.
