Obituary
Joseph A. Beltz, 96, of Greensburg, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at Lakeview Personal Care Home.
Born on January 12, 1926, in Irwin, PA, he was the son of the late Anton and Louise Beltz.
Joe was a graduate of Slippery Rock University and had served as a Personnel Manager for Overmyer Mould Company. He was a devoted husband and father and was an avid golfer.
Joe is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Mary Ellen (Solsky) Beltz; his daughter, Rebecca Beltz; son, Joseph “Jay” (Jacinta) Beltz; step-grandchildren, Darien and Dymphena; numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his siblings; Lou, Phil, Mary, Agnes, Lucille, Julia, and Betty.
In accordance with his wishes, no services will be held.
The GABAUER-LUTTON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., Chippewa Twp., 117 Blackhawk Road, Beaver Falls, is honored to provide care and guidance to the Beltz family.

Mary Ellen and family —we are so sorry for your loss. I have had you on my mind and wanted to get in touch but Mum has been on Hospice since Feb 2021 and is living with us here at home now. It’s just so busy. Prayers for all of you.

I am a son of Bob Gesalman, co-worker of Joe’s at Overmyer Mould Co., and knew him to be a good and kind person. My late parents counted Joe as a good friend, and on their behalf I express condolences to Joe’s family.
