Joseph W. Cochran
Brighton Township
Joseph W. Cochran, 74, of Brighton Twp., went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 17, 2017.
He was born May 28, 1942, in Sewickley and was the son of the late Joseph and Lenora Schneider Cochran. Joseph had been a longtime resident of Brighton Township. He had been regional manager for ProcessBarron of Alabama and was Presbyterian by faith. A graduate of Aliquippa High School, he received an engineering degree from Geneva College and had served in the Army Reserves. He loved taking care of his beautiful yard and attending Pitt and Pirates games with family.
Joseph is survived by his wife, Marian Scholl Cochran; a son, Corey Cochran, Brighton Twp.; two daughters, Beth Cochran and her fiancee Rudy March, White Plains, N.Y., and Kylie (Ryan) Woods, Patterson Twp.; two grandchildren, Tyler and Trace Woods; two brothers, Bruce and Barry Cochran; a sister-in-law, Beatrice Sambol Vickers, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Friends and family will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 until service time at 8 p.m. in the TODD FUNERAL HOME, 340 Third St., Beaver. Interment will be in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Rochester.
