Obituary

Joyce Ann (Coon) McAdoo, 69, of West Mayfield, passed away on Friday, October 24, 2025 at her residence.
Born in Beaver Falls, on December 29, 1955, she was the daughter of the late William and Dorothy (Morgan) Coon.
Joyce was a member of the New Brighton Church of the Nazarene. She was a proud mother and grandmother, devoted to her family. In her younger years, Joyce worked at a registered nurse. She loved to spend time with her grandkids, shop, antiquing, and camping! Joyce loved to travel with the Pittsburgh Patriots softball team with her husband , John, where she was the team score keeper.
Joyce is survived by her beloved husband of almost 52 years, John R. McAdoo; her children, Jonelle Zinsmaster, Janna McAdoo, and John David McAdoo; her grandchildren, Taylor Morgan Thomas, Brian Zinsmaster, and Landon Zinsmaster; a great-grandaughter, Cameron Akins; and her siblings, Rebecca Sansenbaugher and Russell Coon.
In addition to her parents, Joyce is preceded in death by her brother, William Coon.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 from 2PM to 4PM and 6PM to 8PM in the GABAUER-LUTTON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, Inc., 117 Blackhawk Road Beaver Falls, PA 15010. Joyce will lie in state on Thursday, October 30 from 10:00 am until the time of services at 11:00 am at New Brighton Church of the Nazarene, 423 Penn Avenue, New Brighton, PA 15066. Interment will follow at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Route 68, Rochester, PA 15074.
