Obituary

Kathleen Diane (Brooks) Brantner, 70, of Beaver, passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at Heritage Valley Beaver with her daughters by her side.  Born on August 15, 1950 in Rochester, she was the daughter of the late Amos and Mary (Adaire) Brooks.  Kathleen was a hardworking woman, beginning her professional career with her education from Garfield Business Institute.  Following her education, she was a medical transcriptionist for her friend, Dr. Jeffrey Rich Cardiology for many years.  Kathleen was known for her excellent taste and could make anything beautiful.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, James Brooks; and two sisters, Betty Nahod, and Sara-Jean Sanchez.

Kathleen is survived by her daughters; Kimberly Moore, who cared for her and Kelly (David) Hansen; a son, Irving Rolnick; her grandson and love of her life, Finnegan Moore; and her sisters, Ilene Sansone, and Judith Denkovich.

Kathleen’s wishes for cremation will be honored and no services are being planned at this time.

The GABAUER-LUTTON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., www.gabauerfamilyfuneralhomes.com, 117 Blackhawk Rd., Chippewa Twp., is honored to care for Kathleen’s family during this time.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Kathleen’s name to the Beaver County Humane Society, 3394 Broadhead Rd., Aliquippa, PA 15001.

You called me Angel & always reminded me you will always be my Prayer Warrior. You were like my 2nd Mom…kind , beautiful, loved by everyone .
