Margaret Mary "Peggy" (McCabe) Korff, 90, of Beaver, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 4, 2022 in the comfort of her home.

Born on November 15, 1931, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Eugene J. and Margaret C. (Carrig) McCabe.

Peggy was a member of SS. Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Parish, Beaver.  She enjoyed reading many different genres of books and playing cards.  Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with the ones she loved.

In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her husband of nearly 59 years, James R. Korff; and two sisters, Betsy McCabe Troiano, and Dorothy McCabe Kelly.

Peggy is survived by her children; James J. (Tonowanda) Korff, Margaret (William Lloyd) Minder, Rita (George) Korff-McDaniel, and Kathleen Korf-Moore; 18 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Friends will be received on Friday from 2-4PM and 6-8PM in the GABAUER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1133 Penn Ave., New Brighton.

Prayers will be held on Saturday at 9:30AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM at SS. Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church.

Private inurnment will be in Beaver Cemetery at a later date.
