Marisa L. Powell
New Brighton

Marisa L. Powell, 75, of New Brighton, passed away unexpectedly Thursday December 4 in Heritage Valley Beaver. She was born September 12, 1939 in LaSpezia, Italy and was the daughter of the late Gino and Olga Ricciardelli Mazzaccherini. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Connor.

Marisa had been a resident of New Brighton since 1960 and had attended the Church of the Nazarene in New Brighton.

Surviving are her husband Elmer ‘Paolo’ Powell, 4 daughters and one son, Brigitte (Grady) Roberts, Beaver, Mona (Art) Garibell, White Hall, PA, Priscilla (Mauro) DiLucchio, Italy and Soraya (Dennis) Fehnel, Walnutport, PA, Franco and Tammie Powell, Rochester, PA 13 grandchildren, Anthony, Rachel, Nicole, Andrew, Brian, Alberto, Matteo, Ashley, Joshua, Kaitlyn, Anthony, Logan and Jonathan, 3 great-grandchildren, Kylie, Blake and Lilly, and a brother, Silvano Mazzaccherini and a sister, Franca Nardi, both of Italy.

Friends will be received Friday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 and Saturday 10 until service time at 11 in the Todd Funeral Home, 340 Third Street, Beaver. Pastor Donald MacNeil of the Church of the Nazarene in New Brighton will officiate.
