Mark D. Lewis, 62, of Phoenix, AZ, formerly of Beaver County, died Monday, October 3, 2022 in his residence.

Born February 3, 1960 in Rochester, he was the son of the late Frank "Chick" and Angeline (DiNardo) Lewis. Mark spent most of his life in Beaver County before moving west to Nevada and then to Arizona. Mark was passionate about helping others and  used his wonderful people skills to care for the elderly and disabled. One cannot remember Mark without his beloved dogs by his side.

Mark is survived by his sister, Cindy Stier, CA; and nephews, Andrew and Brendan.

Inurnment will take place at a future date in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
