Monaca, formerly of Beaver

Mary Anderson, 94, of Monaca, formerly of Beaver, passed away Saturday September 5. She was born February 14, 1921 in Avella, PA and was the daughter of the late John and Mary Uram Sovich.

She was a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ralph A. Anderson and a son, Reginald L. Anderson, a grandson, Lee Edward Anderson and several brothers and sisters.

Surviving are her children, Beverly (Jack) Susie, Beaver, Ralph A. Anderson, OH and Richard W. Anderson, MO, a brother, William Sovick, Pittsburgh, a sister, Helen Bukowski, 12 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren also survive.

A Blessing service was celebrated by Father Robert Miller of SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church of Beaver and interment was in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Rochester. The Todd Funeral Home, 340 Third Street, Beaver was in charge of arrangements.
