Mary Elizabeth McNair was born in Collins, Mississippi to the late "R. P." and Elizabeth Lucille (Tucker) McNair on February 26, 1949.
Her sister Jacqueline and brothers David and Martin preceded her in death.
Mary received her formal education at West Allegheny Elementary, Junior, and Senior High Schools. She graduated from Computer School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
She was employed by Mellon Bank, Kaufmann's Department Store, Palmers Restaurant, a major bank in Tampa, Florida, and lastly by Blue Cross and Blue Shield in New York City.
Mary was a member of Church of the Savior House of Worship on 420 Maplewood Avenue, Ambridge, PA 15003.

McNair, Brooklyn, New York; aunts, Gloria J. (Tucker) Arnett, Pittsburgh, PA, and Harriet V. Tucker, San Diego, CA; nieces and nephews, Michael R. C. McNair, Travis McNair, deceased James McNair, Jr., Yvonne Hardy, Elizabeth Ann, Erica McNair, Jacob McNair, Johanna McNair, Jackie McNair, Jenna McNair, Evan McNair, Gabrielle McNair, Colin McNair, Elizabeth McNair and Kyle McNair; and a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.

Friends will be received on Friday from 5pm-8pm in the Gabauer-Lutton Funeral Home- 117 Blackhawk Rd.- Chippewa Twp. Mary will lie in state on Saturday from 10:30am until time of service at 11am at the Valley Presbyterian Church- 237 Main Street, Imperial, PA 15126.
Interment will follow in the Valley Cemetery.
