Obituary

Myrna D. Frederick, 85, of White Township, went to meet her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, in the comfort of her and her daughter’s home.

Born on May 4, 1939, in Beaver Falls, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Elsie (Walton) Koleman. Myrna was a Board Certified Optician, who along with her husband, Samuel, was the proud owner of Frederick Optical for over 30 years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Samuel W. Frederick, her brother, Stephen J Koleman Jr, Brother In Law, Ronald Frederick and his wife, Phyllis.

She is survived by her only  loving daughter, Samantha (Mike) Watson; grandchildren, Noah Frederick Haney, Tanner James Haney( Britney), Julia Nichole (Tim) Sully, and David Kindred Cain(Nature); her nieces, Kelli Long of Koppel,  Kerri (Tom) Leiper of Ormond Beach, FL: great nieces Ashlee Hilberry (Torian), Chelsie (Dan) Flara,  great nephew, Joshua Hilberry, a great great niece, Payton Schwartz, great great nephew, Dominic. Additionally, she is survived by her very best friend of her lifetime, who has stood by her side to lovingly care for not only Myrna, but her daughter the last several years, Jeanne Park.

Friends will be received on Friday, May 2, 2025, from 11AM until the time of services at 1PM in the GABAUER-LUTTON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., Chippewa Township, 117 Blackhawk Road, Beaver Falls where a service will be held at 1pm. Reverend Thomas Whipple will officiate.

Entombment will follow at the Williamsburg Chapel Mausoleum of Beaver Falls Cemetery & Memorial Park where she will enter her eternal rest beside the love of her life, Samuel Frederick, Together Forever.

The family would like to thank Good Samaritan Hospice for taking care of her in her time of need.
