Patricia "Patty" Ann Pavlinch, 88, of Patterson Twp., died Sunday, April 16, 2023.

Born September 24, 1934 in Monaca, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Anna (Marotti) Setting.  After graduating from Monaca high school in 1953, she entered nursing school at Providence Hospital in Beaver Falls. There she met Richard "Shot" Pavlinch, whom she was married to for nearly 62 years. She was a dedicated nurse at Providence Hospital, which became part of the Heritage Valley Health System, where she worked for greater than 50 years. Though she was passionate about her nursing career, nothing was more important to her than family and her Catholic faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard "Shot" Pavlinch; and her sister, Leonora "Corky" Mickey.

She is survived by her children, Christine (John) Jewell, Carolyn "Sis" (Michael) Engle, Cindy (George) Elmer, Marianne (Rob) Cook, Richard (Janet) Pavlinch and AnnMarie "Chookie" (Geoff) Karlen; 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Samuel Jr. (Janice) Setting.

Friends will be received on Friday, April 21st from 2-4pm and 6-8pm in the GABAUER-LUTTON FUNERAL HOME- 117 Blackhawk Rd., Chippewa Twp-www.gabauerfamilyfuneralhomes.com. The rosary will be recited by the Friends for Jesus on Friday at 7:20pm in the funeral home. Prayers will be held on Saturday at 9:20am at the funeral home, followed by a mass of Christian burial 10am at St. Monica's Roman Catholic Church-St. Augustine Parish- 116 Thorndale Dr., Beaver Falls PA 15010.

Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
